به گفته خانم لیلاز، فردی در زندان که ظاهرا بازجویا کمک بازجوی آقای لیلاز بوده خبر از ادامه بازجویی های او داده است
برای سعید لیلاز از سوی سبحانی، بازپرس پرونده، قرار وثیقه 200 میلیون تومانی صادر شده بود
اما به گفته هسر لیلاز، آقای سبحانی از پذیرش وثیقه امتناع و سعید مرتضوی قرار بازداشت این روزنامه نگار را به مدت دو ماه تمدید کرده است
همسر لیلاز: به سعید گفتم که ایرنا خبر از آزادی قریب الوقوع 20 نفر داده اما به یکباره بازجوی آقای لیلاز که پیش ایشان بود
گفت شما امیدوار نباشید؛ اسم شما جزو این 20 نفر نیست و آزاد نمی شوید
همسر سعید لیلاز: آقای لیلاز و بقیه زندانیان سیاسی و مطبوعاتی را به شدت از آزادی ناامید کرده اند
همسر لیلاز: سعید مدام می گوید من اصلا به آزادی فکر نمی کنم و حالا حالاها آزاد نخواهم شد

Leilaz's wife: I told him about IRNA's news of 20 releases but his interrogator told me he's not on the list.
Saeed keeps saying he's not thinking about freedom & he won't be released anytime soon

البته این را هم اضافه کردند که این پرونده ناقص است و به همین دلیل فعلا امکان قبول وثیقه و آزادی اش وجود ندارد

حالا نیز باید بارها و بارها بگوییم چرا پرونده بهمن را کامل نمی کنند
سیستم قضایی ما با این روشها مطالبات ما را در باره بهمن کاهش داده است و به جای اینکه ما بگوییم
چرا این روزنامه نگار را بی دلیل در زندان نگه داشته اید و باید فوری آزادش کنید، یک روز باید بگوییم پرونده بهمن کجاست
روز دیگر باید بگوییم پرونده اش چرا ناقص است؟
وکلا معتقدند این شیوه ای جدید برای آزار خانواده های زندانیان سیاسی و به تعویق انداختن آزادی زندانی هاست

They've also said the file is incomplete & he can not be released on bail
During past month we had to ask why there is no file & now we have to ask why they don't complete the file
The judicial system has reduced our demands. Instead of asking why he is arrested, we about incomplete or missing file
The lawyers believe this is a new method to bother the families & delay release of the prisoners

از قاضی دادگاه تقاضای تبدیل قرار عاطفه نبوی به وثیقه را کردم که رئیس دادگاه در این زمینه به من قول ضمنی دادند
و من امیدوارم به این قول خود وفا کنند و روز شنبه قرار خانم نبوی به وثیقه تبدیل شود
بازپرس پرونده عیسی سحرخیز، قول تبدیل قرار بازداشت او به قرار وثیقه را داده است

Following the leak of the memo by Tehran’s deputy governor addressed to Tehran’s city council
in which he ordered the council to stop meeting with the families of the victims of the po...st-
election events, in an interview he stated that there was no such order and there was just a
request of "coordination" with the governor’s office before any possible visit with the families of
the victims of the recent events, just to make sure no one’s “right” is being violated !!!! This is
despite the fact that the scanned copy of the memo has been published in several news websites
and also there have been confirmations from members of the city council including the chairman
regarding the memo and the fact that the council was ordered to stop meeting with the families
of the victims of the recent events due to what was stated as the "irrelevance" of this meetings
to the actual duties of the city council and the "provocative" nature of such acts which if
continuous would be problematic for the council and would be dealt with by the authorities!!!!
